Vehicle Disposal Legal Requirements:
Your vehicle Log book containing your proof of ownership details will be required. Section 9 of the Log book will be completed. We will assist you with this.
We will supply an intent of Destruction Certificate and advise you to send section 9 of the Log book to the DVLA.
Once your vehicle is scrapped the remainder of the log book is sent off to DVLA and they will notify you in due course that the vehicle has been disposed of.
